1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet via DSL, CABLE, AOL, EARTHLINK etc...
2. Once you have an internet connection click on Internet Explorer.
3. On the top of your Internet Explorer toolbar click on Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab. Within that screen, click on Advanced; the box below will appear.
4. Make sure your settings match the one above and click OK. Please note: "Override automatic cookie handing" must be checked in order to manually change settings.
5. Exit the browser and open it again. You should now be able to access our databases.
